No part of this website constitutes a contractual offer. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.

Goods, Pricing & Availability

We make every effort to ensure all descriptions, images, specifications and prices are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, shade, texture or appearance may occur due to photography, screen settings, dye batches or the natural characteristics of certain products and do not constitute a fault.

We reserve the right to:

• Amend or withdraw promotions or special offers.
• Cancel or refuse orders where pricing, product information or stock availability errors have occurred.

Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 working days using Royal Mail.

Larger or heavier orders may be sent using an alternative courier.

Any delivery dates or times quoted are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

During busier times dispatch may take longer than usual, especially if orders are received during the weekend or bank holidays.

Inspection of Goods

Customers are responsible for inspecting all goods promptly upon receipt.

If you believe goods have been supplied incorrectly, are damaged or are otherwise not as ordered, you should notify us as soon as reasonably possible.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Faulty or Incorrect Item

Please notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Photographs may be requested to assist with assessing the issue.

Where appropriate we will offer:

• A replacement
• A refund including the original standard delivery charge where applicable.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, return postage remains the customer’s responsibility.

Unwanted items

Unwanted items may be returned within 30 days provided they are:

• Unused, in their original packaging and remains in a resaleable condition.

Cancellation Rights

Consumers have the legal right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving the goods.
